Lingo Sauce – Returns & Refunds Policy

We aim to provide a smooth and fair experience. Due to the nature of food products, the following terms apply:
1. Damaged or Faulty Items (Courier Damage)
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or faulty:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- Outer packaging
- Inner packaging
Important:
As damage is caused in transit, we will be claiming directly with the courier.
You must cooperate with any reasonable requests related to the claim process, which may include:
- Providing additional photos or information
- Retaining the packaging temporarily
- Assisting with courier investigation if required
If the claim is validated, we will:
- Replace the item at no cost, or
- Offer a full refund if a replacement is not available
2. Returns & Exchanges (Unopened Items Only)
For hygiene and safety reasons:
- We do not accept returns of any opened or used products
- Products must be:
- Unopened
- In original condition and packaging
You may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery
Conditions:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for lost returns
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued if:
- The item is returned unused and unopened, or
- The item is confirmed damaged/faulty on arrival
Once received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or partially used products
- Items returned without prior contact
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling

6. Shipping & Delivery Notes
- Ensure delivery details are correct at checkout
- We are not responsible for courier delays
- If marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours
